Once the food is served, our staff will attend your table to ensure everything is perfect. We encourage our customers to report the slightest of issue and we promise to solve the matter while delivering 100% satisfaction.
If the customer is not happy with the food, we happily prepare another dish as per the customer's preference or even change the dish completely as per the customer’s choice. We ONLY charge for a dish when a customer is satisfied and has consumed the food otherwise we NEVER charge a customer. No Ifs No Buts. . Our only goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
